Claramae manages the adult learner programmes in Critical Core Skills at Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s School of Interdisciplinary Studies. These programmes range from cross-cultural & communication, design thinking and data fluency skills.

In this capacity, she has led various projects such as the launch of Singapore’s first-ever part-time Diploma course with an extensive coverage of Critical Core Skills. She is energised by such opportunities to enable individuals and organisations to become future-ready, by helping them develop durable and transferable Critical Core Skills.

She is certified in CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults), ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) and is a Workplace Learning Consultant. She has trained adult learners attending the part-time diploma courses offered by the Polytechnic’s CET Academy, and has developed and taught various consultancy courses for clients from Laos, Brazil, Myanmar, Japan and China.
