Gavin Pryke MA RCA Client Partnership Group Director – LUMA Instructor Gavin has helped many organisations embrace Design Thinking in different parts of the world and in different industries. He brings a wealth of expertise in design for business, public and the social sector. A collaborative innovator, educator and entrepreneur, he trained at the Royal College of Art, London, with a Masters and won numerous awards including the Masters Medal from the Faculty of Royal Designers for Industry, and a Queens Award.

With a clear understanding of creating design strategies that support business objectives, he has successfully designed and run successful LUMA programs with Standard Chartered Bank, BNP Paribas and Prudential Singapore. Previously, Gavin worked as Design Manager of Product & Service at Virgin Atlantic Airways working with cross-functional teams championing ideas, negotiating change, and presenting and in influencing at every level up to the board of Directors and the Chairman, Sir Richard Branson.

As part of this work, he delivers interactive workshops to diverse audiences of 20-200 people including Managing Directors, CEO's, Policy Makers, Design and Innovation Managers, Finance, Marketeers and third sector organisations.
